Nicole Martin - Head of Talent Management
Nicole Martin has over 15 years of Human Resources experience both in global corporations such as Quest Diagnostics, McKinsey, and Unilever, as well as start-up experience at The RealReal. Through numerous roles, she gained expertise in compensation, recruiting, and learning and development. As a Human Resources Business Partner, she grew a passion for performance management, talent development, employee relations, and employee engagement.
Nicole's keen business sense combined with emotional intelligence allows her to balance solutions that serve both the company and the employee. Coaching and developing employees at all levels has always been her favorite part of any job, and so she enhanced those skills by completing her coaching certification through Leadership That Works, an International Coach Federation accredited program. Though now armed with many tools and exercises, Nicole does not use a cookie-cutter approach with her clients. Instead she first learns about the client as a person, and then utilizes those core values in order to grow clients professionally.
Nicole lives in Northern New Jersey with her husband and daughter, and their rescue dog Hogan. She believes in filling your own cup first, so that you can take care of others. Nicole is a role model for staying tuned into your own personal needs and making self-care a priority. With the hard work and dedication she puts into her clients, Nicole balances that with hikes with her family, doing Pilates, writing, or simply vegging out.
